The Treasurer is the lead financial officer of the association. Together with the President, they are the two legal representatives of the association. This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial administration, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, maintaining transparent financial records, in accordance with the law of 1901 associations and recognised accounting conventions and advising the board on financial strategy to ensure the association's long-term stability.

In this ExCom you will work with Message volunteers who run groups and organise events in the different areas of Paris and the suburbs. You keep track of the existing groups and help start new ones according to the needs and interests of our members. Ideally you also participate in the meet-ups to build strong ties with our volunteers running the groups. You work closely with VP Membership to offer a seamless welcoming experience to new members.

Join us to manage relationships with existing partnerships and negotiating new ones with various international schools, other associations and businesses. In this roles a good of French is appreciated but not mandatory.

Join VP Volunteer Support to recruit new volunteers for Message. You will talk to members about different volunteering opportunities, create various ways to communicate about open positions in social media, our website and the newsletter and help find the perfect match for each member interested in volunteering.

Previous experience is not needed but some kind of volunteering experience (not necessarily at Message) will be helpful for you.

Join the PR team to create high quality content for Instagram and Facebook and interact with our members. Some previous experience in social media required. Preferably you are also at ease with a camera and used to (or willing to learn) editing photos and videos.

Join the breastfeeding supporters team to help guide new moms and families on their breastfeeding journey. A full training (in English) given by a Lactation Consultant is offered for this role.

Join the Support Services team to manage the breastfeeding supporters team. In this integral role you will help recruit new BFS, support them if they come across need for additional support, and keep close ties with our BFS Trainer and Lactaction Consultant.

Take the lead in bringing Message dads together and creating new ways to get dads even more involved and visible at Message. The dads' Group Lead will manage a dedicated WhatsApp group and organise in-person meet-ups at least once a month (taking into account the meet-ups already organised by members themselves).

Write blog articles for the Message blog, and other content for the Message website; support the Social Media Manager with content for Instagram and Facebook. Some writing skills are necessary for this role.
