Reset before June

June in Paris is intense. Between the end of the year school events, work deadlines and social commitments, the month of June leaves little time to rest and indeed, can be as busy, if not busier than the month of December.

Before the June sprint, we invite you all to join us for this restorative reset workshop with mindfulness coach Tania del Rio. During this workshop, Tania will lead participants through a gentle yoga session, micro-reset practices and creative circle work. Through all this, you'll learn when to slow down, when to push through through and more importantly, learn how to ask for help when needed.

You will leave grounded, rested and ready with practical tools and a supportive community by your side.

Please bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water and wear your comfiest clothes.
