About the Event
Diwali is an important religious festival that originated in India but is now celebrated all over the world! The word Diwali (or Deepavali as it is sometimes called) means “row of lights” in an Ancient language of India, called Sanskrit. During this festival, people decorate their homes with lights and oil lamps, called diyas. It is celebrated annually and depending on the position of the moon, usually falls between October and November.
This year, Message will celebrate Diwali on Saturday, October 25 from 1030-12:30.
