About the Event
As you look outside, you will be sure to see nature on its journey to surrender, lay down and rest.
But for many of us, there’s too much noise to get things done, check things off, and to keep stretching that little bit more until the end of the year.
Though we try and stay present to what this season is showing us, life usually has a different plan for us.
Many of us are feeling the deep need to lay our bodies down gently under a warm blanket.
Lean back. Snuggle. Breathe Deeply.

Here’s what you will need to get the most out of your Yoga Nidra experience:
A quiet place to be
Blankets
At least a pillows, if not two
Journal + pen
A willingness to be gentle with yourself
This event is for parents in all stages and seasons for their parenting journey who are looking for:
- a place of belonging;
- a community;
- ritual & ceremony;
- a way to drop out of the doing and into‘being’;
- REST.

About your instructor:
Gursharn Rait is Matrescence Guide & Educator, a Motherhood Studies Practitioner and a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. She has been supporting Mothers moving through the big transitions and Rite of Passage that happen in motherhood.
Through Gursharns own transition into motherhood, she has been supporting women to explore and get curious of their own journey, experience and personal narrative whilst facing motherhood.
Her mission is to create safe and welcoming spaces for Mothers to gather and share the lived experience of motherhood.
