Yoga Nidra (online)
About the Event
Are you tired of your daily grind?
Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to make space for yourself and rest?
If you want to show up from a rested and inspired place, treat yourself to some restoration and rest, and have with ‘me-time’ for your mind and body then this yoga class is for you.
Claim back your right to be a rested parent with Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice of ‘yogic sleep’. This transformational sleep practice is more frequently being referred to as non-sleep deep rest, a term coined by Stanford University, which guides you to a supremely relaxed state of consciousness where deep healing and restoration happens.
In this online event not only will you experience a moment of calm and rest through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, but you will also:
- Understand what Yoga Nidra is, how it works and what it can do for you;
- How you can practice it at home;
- Feel nourished and connected to self;
This event is for parents in all stages and seasons for their parenting journey who are looking for:
- a place of belonging;
- a community;
- ritual & ceremony;
- a way to unlearn and drop out of the over-doing culture and into ‘being’;
Come as you are, and enjoy the teachings of this practice.
