Virtual Baking Event : Katherine's Lemon Yogurt Cake !

Can you smell the cake yet ?

If you have ever attended Message Events in 2D in 2017 and 2018 you may have tasted Katherine's fluffy Lemon Yogurt Cake. Looking to know how to bake it at home? This short event is an opportunity to learn what secret ingredient she has added to make it so fluffy.

This event is a fun get-together for all : Teens, Kids and Adults !

This event will be led by Katherine Biard, Franco-american Message Paris volunteer who likes to cook during her free time.

The list of ingredients is below and will also be sent to you via email  when you RSVP:

INGREDIENTS :

1 pot of Plain Yogurt or small jar like Activia/La Laitiere size. You can use a plain or vanilla yogurt.

1 pack of French "levure"/"sachet de Leverett chimique"

3 eggs

We will be using the Yogurt container to measure the next ingredients:

2 pots of Flour

1 pot of Sugar

1 pot of sunflower (tournesol) or raisin pit (pepin de raisin) oil

1 lemon

TOOLS :

2 large mixing bowls,

1 spatula and a wip for mixing

1 cake dish for cooking the cake

The cake will be cooked in an oven at 180°C.
