Join Elena for a 30 minute pilates class that will challenge your core but also bring more awareness to your posture and alignment. See you on the mat for some mind and body movement.
This class is open to all levels.
About our instructor:
Elena is a certified pilates instructor with more than ten years of experience. She used to have a home based pilates studio and currently focuses on mat classes at her client's space. Her passion is private and small group pilates classes where she can help her clients progress in their movement journey.
