Are you suffering from back aches and body pains? Is your teen hunched over all the time over their screens and you don't know what to do? Do you want to learn techniques on how to live a more pain- free everyday life?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join us for another class with Spinefulness teacher John Raven. As with his previously sold out Message class, he will talk to us about how to alleviate back and body pains by using our own awareness as well as everyday positions and movements.And this time, we are opening the class to our teens (ages 14 and up). Please note that every teen participant must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
