Join counsellor and positive psychology coach Gráinne Dunleavy, MSc, for a workshop on how to boost your well-being and train your brain to reduce our negativity bias. By applying simple positive psychology interventions we can improve our emotional and physical health, as well as that of our families and even our businesses. Gráinne is also the Vice President of SPRINT France,  a non-profit organisation of English-speaking and multilingual professionals who work with children with special needs of all ages.  SPRINT is often the first port of call for parents looking for information or referrals for professionals such as psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, learning specialists, art therapists, etc.  It supports the provision of appropriate education in the international and bilingual schools, and presents specialists with an opportunity to network.
