About the Event

Are you experiencing changes in your pelvic health such as urinary leaks, urgency, frequent bathroom trips, bowel irregularities, discomfort during intercourse, or back and hip discomfort? Perhaps you're noticing a protruding abdomen or discomfort in your pelvic region. Are you wondering if these issues are related to hormones or childbirth, and if there's anything you can do to address them?

The answer is a resounding YES!

Join us to understand how your daily movement patterns impact your pelvic floor health and discover strategies to prevent or alleviate these bothersome, inconvenient, or embarrassing symptoms.

Even if you're currently symptom-free, this information is invaluable for maintaining optimal urinary and sexual health.

We invite you to participate in a lecture and movement experience tailored for postpartum or peri/menopausal women, guided by Tracy (Tess) Pattison, better known as The Pelvic Floor-ist.
