Our goal is to come together, unite in movement, be authentic, creative and dance our hearts out!

How to prepare

• Join us in time, the call opens around 5 minutes prior.
• Make sure you have ample space to dance in.
• Have something to drink.
• Dress comfortably to dance in, shoes are optional.
• A towel and a yoga mat can come in handy as well.
