Eco-family Group Climate Fresk Event

Climate Change is here and it isn't a myth. We, as individuals and families, can act now to save our planet so let's learn how together :

What is the Climate Fresk? It is a group card game as well as an art creation that will empower you to find clear climate friendly changes at home ! The goal is to make climate science accessible, fun and accessible to all.

The card game is based on the Nobel peace prize award winning IPCC Report, which is the report on Climate Change that governments, businesses, and entities refer to. Like for major events like the the Paris Agreements.  

Instead of reading a 2k page report, we play to understand !

A very rapid and efficient way to increase your climate literacy, in order to take action linked to science.  This three hour workshop has three parts:

• Head: Using collective intelligence and cards we build a systems' view of the Causes and Consequences of Climate Change.
• Heart: We decorate our result through creativity and sharing to help all participants process what has been learned.
• Hands: Ok so what can I do now ? We all have our super power let's find what it is!

Origin? Who has played? Climate Fresk (Fresque du Climat) was created by a teacher, Cédric Ringenbach in France in 2015. The association was created in 2018.

Since then, 700k people have played around the world in over 45 languages thanks to our 31k citizen facilitators!

In France, this workshop is now required as part of the environmental training for all government employees. Starting with 22k over the next 1.5 years. There is also a junior version enjoyed in many schools. EDF and Suez have also made it required for their 150k+ employees around the world.  Who can join ? All Message members over the age of 15 as well as outside participants.

This very 1st Message Paris fresk is organized with Pari-Grandir at their Bernard Shaw location.

5 euros per person for Message members
