Diner Decouverte: Discover a new restaurant and make new friends!

Once a month a Message is hosting a dinner out at a hand selected restaurant known to have delicious food that you probably haven't tried yet. How do we know about these hidden treasures? Well, Message has several food enthusiasts as members who have spent time researching and testing places to take us for dinner.

For January, your Message member hosts are Shan James Saindrenan and Imelda The and we will be visiting Imelda's favorite Japanese canteen spot in the city,  Zenzan (conveniently located two blocks from the Arc de Triumph).

Per Imelda's description "Zenzan has a bit of everything - good sushi, udon, soba, tonkatsu, tempura, and even ochazuke.  This is my go-to Japanese canteen since 2010 and I have never been disappointed.  This is one of the places that I go to for authentic homestyle Japanese cooking beyond the sushi and sticks that you would see in common Japanese restaurants in Paris."
