A two day in person workshop
Workshop facilitated by Nicola and Marianna , both are doulas in Paris.
Explore information, choices and feelings around birth and becoming a parent for the first time or having another baby ...it is always a new beginning as a woman, parent and family . Topics include: Birth place options in Paris, the amazing physiology of labour and birth, oxytocin, the needs of a woman in labour, the medical and holistic stages of labour, home birth, hospital birth and typical routines, avoiding interventions, comfort measures,epidural, water, relaxation/breathing/ visualization, cesarean birth, beginning breastfeeding, and much more.
