About the Event
Becoming a parent while living abroad can feel unexpectedly isolating and mentally overwhelming.
This workshop is not about fixing problems or giving advice, but about creating a quiet, structured space to pause and observe what emotions and pressures you are currently carrying, and where they might be coming from. Through simple writing and visual reflection exercises, participants are invited to clarify their inner landscape at their own pace.
The group is intentionally small (maximum 4 participants), and sharing personal experiences is always optional.
This is not therapy or counseling, and there is no analysis or evaluation of participants.
The workshop is designed for international parents who would like a calm, respectful space to reflect, reconnect with themselves, and feel less alone in the process.
