About the Event

Yoga Nidra Online: Do you have 15 mins to rest?

We always have something else to do before we can lie down to rest, but what if rest could become part of our everyday?

Come give yourself permission to rest and join Gursharn Rait for an online experience of Yoga Nidra.

Here’s what you will need to get the most out of your Yoga Nidra experience:

  • a quiet space
  • blankets
  • at least 1 pillow, if possible 2
  • a journal and pen
  • a willingness to be gentle with yourself

This event is for parents in all stages and seasons for their parenting journey who are looking for:

  • a place of belonging;
  • a community;
  • ritual & ceremony;
  • a way to drop out of the doing and into‘being’;
  • And a simple and easy way to REST.

Come as you are, and enjoy the teachings of this practice.

About your instructor:

Gursharn Rait Rest Guide & Facilitator. She has been supporting women moving through the big life transitions and Rite’s of Passage. Through Gursharn’s own transition into motherhood, she has been supporting women to explore and get curious of their own journey, experience and personal narrative as they move through transitions.

Her mission is to create safe and welcoming spaces for women to lay down, rest and come back home to themselves.
