About the Event
There’s a wide range of our experiences through the menopause transition, which can trigger loneliness and shame, especially around mental and sexual health.
Let’s de-shame this phase of our lives and empower ourselves with tools for a more (dare we say it?) pleasurable and fulfilling journey through menopause.
Through attending this webinar you will:
- Identify potential impacts of perimenopause, the menopausal transition, and postmenopause on mental health and sexuality;
- Learn tools for tracking mood and your menstrual cycle, techniques for resourcing, and when to seek professional care and support;
- Receive responses to your questions about sex and menopause directly from two sex experts.
