About the Event
John Raven, one of the panelists at our recent Health and Wellness Panel is back with an introductory class to Spinefulness.
Since 1992 Spinefulness has been helping people understand the underlying cause and freeing them of back and joint pain. John will talk to us about how to alleviate back and body pains by using our own awareness as well as everyday positions and movements.
