Pilates Class -Limited Spots Available

Many Message members have been begging Christèle (their favorite kiné) to offer more Pilates classes and now your wish has come true!  This online Pilates class is more interactive than other online exercise courses you have taken because Christèle carefully corrects you along the way. As a trained kinésithérapeute with over 20 years experience and specialized in post-natal reeducation, she will guide you to maximize your workout while ensuring you are not creating damage to your back, periné and other sensitive parts of your body (especially important if you have ever given birth). Better than any exercise video, her teaching method is great for first timers while still providing a good workout for those who are in better shape. RSVP now for spaces are limited.
