Pilates Class

Join us on at for a fantastic Pilates class led by Message member and professional instructor Elena Falida. The class will be a whole body low-impact, mind and body, workout that will leave you feeling energised, more connected to your core and aware of your body posture. All you will need is an exercise/yoga mat, or two towels.Tuesday 7 December10am

• Classes focussing on postnatal Pilates will be scheduled on demand. If you have recently given birth and are interested in postnatal Pilates, please get in touch and let us know!
