About the Event
Do your children get many opportunities to participate in fun and meaningful educational events in English? Message is here for you! Led by professionals this class is FREE for members!
This in-person event will allow children to learn about a different subject each time. This month's topic will be: Kid Yoga !
During this yoga workshops, children will have the opportunity to practice some postures and exercises adapted to their age group: animal positions, balance work, etc… Relaxation, breathing and gentle movements, thanks to these workshops, children will learn how to understand their body sensations.
* This class has been adapted for children ages 6 to 10 and will be led by experienced professionals in the Paris area who truly want all children to learn while having fun.
* Children will engage in the activity while they make friends in the process!
* Parents are invited to stay for a drink and meet other parents while the kids have their fun.
* This class will be led by Pari-Grandir staff.
