38th Annual General Meeting for ALL members

Every year Message members come together to see the highlights of the previous year, look at the important numbers and vote in the Executive Committee.  It is both a business and social event.

Before Covid, this was all accomplished at ONE in-person meeting. However, that meant that not everyone could participate in voting or be a part of looking back at last year's accomplishments - because they could not get a babysitter, it was too far or just didn't have the energy after a long day!

We have split this event in two parts!  

The first is the interactive presentation, on May 11, which allows members to join in virtually for the presentation and break out rooms to meet members. This is not your average Zoom meeting, trust us!

The second is the in-person AGM After Party on May 17th in central Paris - free to all Virtual AGM attendees.

All current members will receive a ballot to vote for the Executive Committee, to approve the budget and any other changes to the constitution if there are any. 

The electronic ballots, along with the agenda, will go out via email on April 22nd. If you have not gotten one, please email president@messageparis.org.
