you feel that MESSAGE would be of benefit to you
and that you wish to apply for membership, then please apply online or download
and fill in the application
form.
Your membership fee is calculated based on your joining date; please see
the application form for the detailed fee schedule.
For applications submitted from 1st January to 30 June, the new
membership fee is 64 Euros and your membership will be valid until 31
December of the current calendar year.
For applications submitted from 1st July through to 30th September the
new membership fee is 54 Euros and your membership will be valid until
31 December of the current calendar year.
For applications submitted from 1st October through 31st December the
new membership fee is 74 Euros and your membership will be valid until
the 31 December of the next calendar year.
The annual fee, payable by cheque in euros, drawn on a French bank account, made out to MESSAGE, includes a non-refundable registration fee, as well as a copy of the ABCs of Parenting in Paris, 5th edition. This 300+ page MESSAGE publication is your essential guide to survive and thrive as a family in the French capital. The address to which your form and cheque need to be mailed is set out on the application form.
If you do not have a French bank account then MESSAGE accepts payment through PayPal, when you apply online.
Please allow our volunteer staff up to three weeks to process your application. Online applications normally give you access to the Members-Only Website in 48 hours. During this time, you are entitled to attend two meetings as a guest – contact us for more details of upcoming events in your area or for your child(ren)’s age-group(s).

All membership requests are dealt with by teams of volunteers. While our busy mums and dads do their best to turnaround forms as quickly as possible, it may be up to three weeks before you receive your New Member Pack. During that time, MESSAGE insurance covers you for attendance to up to two meetings — contact us for more details of upcoming events in your area or for your child(ren)’s agegroup(s).
For those who provide an address in France, please note that your application for membership is confirmed once you receive your New Member Pack with your MESSAGE Area and members’-only website login details. For those joining from overseas, you will receive membership confirmation via email. Please re-contact us at membership@messageparis.org once you have arrived in France so we may mail your New Member Pack to your French residence.
